Why do business with PRI?

How long does it take to activate a project?
Our system is designed for rapid application development. We ask for 5 to10 business days from start to finish, but sometimes we can produce a miracle!
 
Who is responsible for writing the script?
The script is one of the most important elements of your project. We normally, with your assistance, write the script. If you would like to write your own script, we provide you with some basic script-writing guidelines (PDF).
 
What kind of reports are provided?
As part of your project set-up, you have anytime access to standard call detail reports (PDF) via our PRI Reporting web interface. Just go to www.phoneresponse.com from any computer, enter your account login information and view your statistical reports. Customized reports are also available.
 
Who will transcribe messages on your system?
Either you can retrieve messages left on the system or we can transcribe them for you. We charge $0.40 per record to transcribe name, address, city, state, zip and telephone numbers.
